Temple of Lord Venkateshwara This attraction is an absolute must-see as a part of any Tirupati tour. This amazing temple was built by King Thondaimaan. It is a temple of the Jain sect. Millions of pilgrims come to this temple every year. Almost 50,000 to 100,000 pilgrims come here daily, which is incredible. It is the place where many Tirupati festivals happen, and they are quite frequent in celebration of the great deities honored by the large temple.
Kodanda Rama Swamy Temple
An incredible piece of architecture, this temple is also very popular with pilgrims. Anyone who visits Tirupati should make a point of going and seeing this amazing temple. It is located right near the heart of the city and very easy to get to. Bring your camera if you go because it is an amazing sight.
Kapila Theertham
Amazing shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. This great attraction boasts a brilliant waterfall as well as unforgettable and fascinating architecture. This is yet another example of the many wonderful things to see in the large and growing city of Tirupati.
ISKCON Lord Krishna Temple
A striking temple which is done in vivid gold and white. This temple in Tirupati is dedicated to Lord Krishna, and includes wondrous paintings on glass throughout the temple. This temple is easy to get to as it is near many Tirupati hotels. It also has a nice park with beautiful flowers and decorations all over it which add to the scenic beauty of this terrific temple. Any tour of Tirupati would be made even better by including a stop or a visit to this very unique and pleasing attraction.
