On arrival in Copenhagen, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel.
Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, was once a humble fishing village, but today it is the glittering capital of the Danish empire. Copenhagen is considered to be one of the world's premier capitals of design and Scandinavia's pre-eminent city. The city's 1000 year history written by ambitious kings, inspiring artist and designers, are found in the sumptuous palaces, copper roofed town houses and atmospheric cobbled squares.

Day 2 - Copenhagen

Guided city tour of Copenhagen (Seat in Coach).

Pass by 'Tivoli Gardens' and the 'New Carlsberg Glyptotek' (an art museum) and continuing along four artificial lakes to the magnificent 'Gefion Fountain'. Continue to 'Kongens Nytorv', and then on to the old 'Fish Market', passing Christianborgs Palace and the National Museum en route. Here we leave the coach and board our boat. Cruising through the harbour pass many towers and famous palaces in Copenhagen, not forgetting of course the 'Little Mermaid'. Next sail through the canals of 'Christianshavn', where, on either bank, we can enjoy the sight of buildings from days gone by as well as the famous golden spiral tower of 'Our Saviour's Church'. The cruise continues down the canals of 'Frederiksholm' & 'Gammel Strand', where we finally arrive in the very heart of Copenhagen, only two minutes walk from the main shopping street 'Stroget'.

Day 4 - Oslo

This morning, arrive in Oslo and transfer to the hotel. Between the Oslo Fjord and the green hills of Oslomarka lies the capital of the Land of Midnight Sun, Norway ! The combination of city life and easy access to outdoor activities makes Oslo a unique destination.

The rest of the day is at leisure, why not take a walk around Sognsvann Lake or try out cross-country skiing along any one of Oslo's numerous (and well-marked) public skiing trails. The green trails along the river are a great place to escape the city and get a breath of fresh air. You may also indulge in some shopping hand-knit sweaters, woodcarvings or woven goods.

Day 5 - Oslo

Open Bus tour of Oslo (Seat in Coach).

Explore the sunniest capital of Scandinavia on a half day city tour. Highlights include: Viegland Sculpture park and to the Ski Jump at Holmemkollen. Later, see the viking ships at the Viking Ship Museum and the unique Polar ship farm in the Fram museum.

Day 6 - Bergen

This morning, proceed to the train station.

Arrive in Voss, where you will take a train and go all the way to Bergen. Once you reach Bergen, a short walk will take you to your hotel.

Transfer from Oslo to Bergen via Myrdal, en route enjoy 'Norway in a Nutshell' tour and a boat trip (Train / Boat / Bus).

Embark on the famous 'Norway in a Nutshell' tour.The train ride takes you northwest in Norway, through the Halling Valley along sparkling rivers and ancient homesteads and past small villages and cities and ascends the Hardangervidda Mountain Plateau after passing Geilo and Ustaoset.
Upon arrival in Myrdal, change trains and continue on the famous Flam Railway. The Flam Railway has a lot to offer: wild and beautiful mountains with snow-clad peaks, fertile pastures and historical traditions reaching back to pre-Christian times. Throughout the 20 kilometre long stretch, you'll get a wonderful view of Western-Norway's most beautiful fjord and mountain scenery. The Flam Railway displays some of the most daring and skilful engineering in Norwegian railway history. Continue with a boat from Flam to Gudvangen. The boat trip along Aurlandsfjorden and Naeroyfjorden is another highlight of the tour, this fjord are on the UNESCO World Heritage list. These are the narrowest, most dramatic, and yet the most beautiful of the secondary fjords to the Sognefjord. Continue through Naeroydalen from Gudvangen to Stalheim with bus.

Stockholm is a city full of history and contradictions. With every corner you turn there's something for every taste. There is an abundance of cafe's, restaurants, stores and parks to suit every need and desire. From the grand Opera house where splendid operas are staged to Skansen, the open-air museum and Zoo, where you can visit moose, dolphins, bears and much more, there's never a reason to be bored.

Day 9 - Stockholm

This morning, after breakfast, proceed for the Stockholm Open bus tour and explore the city at your leisure, with the opportunity to hop on and off at conveniently located bus stops. The city is home to grand public buildings, palaces and has a rich cultural history. Our buses stop at carefully chosen spots including the City Hall, the Wasa museum and Skansen.

This morning, enjoy a self-guided audio city tour of Helsinki. The many sights include Senate Square, Uspenski Cathedral, Parliament Building, Olympic Stadium, Presidential Palace, Opera House, Finlandia House are amongst the highlights of this special tour. Stops will also be made at the Sibelius Monument and if possible, at the Temppeliaukio Church. A visit to the Seurasaari Open Air Museum is recommended. It is located on a beautiful green island and represents all the different provinces of Finland giving an overall view of Finnish countryside life from the 18th to the 20th century. At present, there are 87 separate buildings at Seurasaari Museum.

Day 8 - Stockholm

This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Stockholm (Flight are not included).

Upon arrival in Stockholm, proceed to your hotel. Stockholm - The Swedish capital is also called the 'Venice of the North' because it is built on 14 islands. Stockholm is a city full of history and contradictions. With every corner you turn there's something for every taste. There is an abundance of cafe's, restaurants, stores and parks to suit every need and desire. From the grand Opera house where splendid operas are staged to Skansen, the open-air museum and Zoo, where you can visit moose, dolphins, bears and much more, there's never a reason to be bored.

Day 9 - Stockholm

Enjoy Open Bus tour of Stockholm (Seat in Coach).

This morning, after breakfast, proceed for the Stockholm Open bus tour and explore the city at your leisure, with the opportunity to hop on and off at conveniently located bus stops. The city is home to grand public buildings, palaces and has a rich cultural history. Our buses stop at carefully chosen spots including the City Hall, the Wasa museum and Skansen.

Day 10 - O/V Ferry

In the afternoon, transfer to the cruise terminal to board the Silja Line cruise for Helsinki.
Relax in some of the finest onboard facilities and enjoy some of the much loved on board entertainment.

Note: Cruise departs at 1700 hours. Check-in starts at 1500 hours.

Day 11 - Helsinki

This morning, arrive in Helsinki and transfer to the hotel.

The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the city (on your own). Finland boasts a green and pleasant capital, explore the country's beautiful natural scenery. Helsinki's location on the peninsula means wherever you go you won't be far from the sea while its southern position assures that it enjoys a milder climate compared to the rest of the country.

Day 12 - Helsinki

Audio city tour of Helsinki (Seat in Coach).

This morning, enjoy a self-guided audio city tour of Helsinki. The many sights include Senate Square, Uspenski Cathedral, Parliament Building, Olympic Stadium, Presidential Palace, Opera House, Finlandia House are amongst the highlights of this special tour. Stops will also be made at the Sibelius Monument and if possible, at the Temppeliaukio Church. A visit to the Seurasaari Open Air Museum is recommended. It is located on a beautiful green island and represents all the different provinces of Finland giving an overall view of Finnish countryside life from the 18th to the 20th century. At present, there are 87 separate buildings at Seurasaari Museum.

Day 1 - Copenhagen

Welcome to your 'Scandinavian Delight' tour!

On arrival, your representative will greet you at the 'meeting point' at the exit. After immigration and customs, transfer comfortably to your hotel (check-in after 1400hrs).

Later, visit Tivoli Gardens which is located in the heart of the city. Enjoy various amusement rides, flower belts and twinkling lights. Copenhagen is full of bakeries and patisseries. While on tour, enjoy a typical Danish cake based on whipped cream made by a baker serving the Royal Family with a cup of coffee.

Day 2 - O/V Cruise Finland

Today, enjoy a guided highlight city tour of Copenhagen. It begins with a visit to Rosenborg Castle. The Rosenborg Castle Garden is the country\'s oldest royal garden and was embellished in the Renaissance style by Christian IV in the 16th century. Continue your city tour driving past the Renaissance Stock Exchange, Danish Parliament and the famous statue of the Little Mermaid. This statue was unveiled at Langelinje in 1913, as part of a general trend in Copenhagen in those days, selecting classical and historical figures to be used as decorations in the city\'s parks and public areas, followed by a view of the Christiansborg Palace, the seat of the Danish Parliament, the Danish Prime Minister\'s Office and the Danish Supreme Court.

In the evening, board your overnight cruise to Oslo and enjoy a continental dinner.

Day 3 - Oslo

On arrival in Oslo, disembark your cruise and proceed on a guided highlight city tour. Visit the world famous Vigeland Sculpture Park - the focus point of this park is the monolith that represents all of humanity which stands in the middle of the park and is carved from one single granite block. It is 17.3 meters high and all 121 human figures are carved from one piece of stone, depicting the cycle of life. Next, view the Holmenkollen Ski Jump, 14th century Akershus Castle, and the Broadcasting House.

Then, proceed to Kon-Tiki Museum, which houses original boats and exhibits from Thor Heyerdahl\'s world famous expeditions. The museum is home to permanent exhibitions about: Ra, Tigris, Fatu-Hiva, Kon-Tiki. Continue to visit the Viking Ship Museum where main attractions are the Oseberg ship, Gokstad ship and Tune ship. Additionally, the Viking Age display includes sledges, beds, a horse cart, wood carving, tent components, buckets and other grave goods. Many fully or nearly fully intact Viking ships are on display. Its most famous ship is the Oseberg ship.

Next, enjoy a drink at the Ice Bar. Everything except the liquids in the drinks is made of ice, and the temperature is kept at a constant 23 degrees Fahrenheit.

Day 4 - Kinsarvik

This morning, drive via Honefoss along the charming Halling Valley to the tourist resort town of Geilo. Cross the wild Hardanger Mountain Plateau to Fossli, stopping to view the thundering Voringfoss Waterfall, the highest in Norway. Descend the amazing Mabodal Canyon to the idyllic Hardanger Fjord. Cross the fjord on the newly opened bridge Hardanger Bridge and drive along the fjord to the picturesque village of Kinsarvik.

Day 5 - Bergen

Today, drive via the beautiful Hardanger Fjord, famous for its many fruit orchards to Bergen. En route, enjoy a photo stop at Hardanger Bridge.

On arrival, embark on a guided highlight city tour. Visit the popular Fish and Flower Market, the famous Bryggen Harbour and the old Hanseatic Quarter. Ride the funicular to Mt. Floyen, for sweeping views of the city and fjords below.

After dinner, check-in to your hotel.

Day 6 - Hamar

Today, proceed on one of Norway's most spectacular trips 'Norway in a Nutshell', a combination of train rides and impressive trips by boat and bus. Early in the morning, enjoy a bus trip to Voss to embark on a scenic train ride to Myrdal. From Myrdal, embark on a train journey to Flam, a masterpiece of engineering set in wild and wonderful scenery. Feast your eyes on the ever-changing panorama of huge mountains and thundering waterfalls as the train glides through tunnels and open stretches on its way down to wild Flam valley. Wander around the idyllic countryside of Flam, before embarking on an enchanting boat ride through the spectacular fjords to Gudvangen.

On arrival in Gudvangen board your coach as you travel through the impressive Norwegian landscape to Fagernes/Gjovik/Hammar. En route, stop at the Stave-Church of Borgund.

After dinner, check-in to your hotel.

Day 7 - Karlstad

This morning, enjoy the amazing views of the popular tourist town of Lillehammer. The journey continues alongside Lake Mjosa, the largest lake in Norway.

Karlstad is situated between the cities of Stockholm and Oslo. Lying on the northern shores of Lake Vanern, this town is bisected by the Klaralven River and provides visitors with an opportunity to completely soak in its splendid beauty.

Day 8 - Stockholm

This morning, start your journey through a landscape of forests and lakes to reach the Swedish capital, Stockholm. On arrival, explore the World Heritage Site of Drottningholm Palace with a local guide. A former royal summer residence today is the home of the Royal family. It is Sweden's best preserved royal palace constructed in the seventeenth century.

Then, proceed to Skansen Open Air Museum. This is the world\'s first open-air museum. See a miniature historical Sweden reflected in the 5 centuries of Swedish history depicted by the people dressed in traditional costumes as well as their dwellings. Also see both domestic and wild Nordic animals like bears, wolves and lynx.

Continue to your hotel and check-in.
