After Breakfast Excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Poney and Yak Ride (Extra cost) and One can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri. Shimla Vice regal Lodge built in (1885),Jakhu Temple,The Scandal Point and The famous Shopping Plaza of the North The Mall. O/N Hotel at SHIMLA.

Day 3 - Manali

Drive from Shimla to Manali (265 kms . 8-9 hrs) Arrive Manali Transfer to hotel. Dinner and Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 - Manali

Walk through town visiting newly constructed Buddhist Monastery. Hadimba Devi temple-It is small temple situated in the dense forest is very interesting .Hadimba is said to be the wife of Bhima from the epic of Mahabharata. Vashist, it is an extremely picturesque little place clinging to the steep hill side. On the way up to the village you come upon the Vashist hot baths where a natural sulphar spring is piped into a modern bath -house. Dinner and Overnight at Manali.

Day 5 - Manali

For the month of January , February & March the cost of Snow Point & Solang Valley is included. ( Subject to road and weather condition cab allowed to go without permission and if permission required toward Roahtang Pass than it will cost extra and directly payable by the guest . ( From April to December month the day 5 is free for your own activities without cab).

Day 6 - Dharamshala

After Breakfast drive to Dharamshala and enroute visit to Kullu, PandohDam,Vaidyanath Shiva Temple,baijnath and Chamunda Devi Temple at Chamuda.O/N at Dharamshala.

In the morning, visit McLeod Ganj - the residence of His Holiness Dalai Lama.

Mcleodganj is the headquarters of the Tibetan Government in exile and abode of His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama. Perched almost 1,500 metres above sea level, this hilltop retreat is named after David Mcleod, the lieutenant governor of Punjab in 1848. It is a very popular learning center of Tibetan culture and the teachings of Buddhism. It is home to several monasteries, including the Namgyal monastery. Later, we proceed to Dalhousie. On arrival, check-in to the hotel.

In the afternoon, visit the Martyr\'s memorial at Panchpulla which commemorates Ajit Singh, a supporter of Subhash Chandra Bose and the Indian National Army during World War II.

En route visit Satdhara, acquiring its name from the seven gorgeous springs and said to contain mica and medicinal properties which are able to alleviate several ailments.

Day 1 - Shimla

Welcome to your 'Scenic Himachal Ex Chandigarh' tour! On arrival at the airport / railway station in Chandigarh, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Shimla.

Overnight in Shimla (D)

Day 2 - Shimla

This morning, proceed for a wonderful excursion to Kufri, a small hill station which is famous for its trekking and hiking trails.

Later in the evening, visit Mall Road which is considered as the main street in Shimla, Scandal Point considered to be a popular tourist spot, Christ Church one of the first churches built in North India and Lakkad Bazaar known for wooden toys and articles.

Note: (The vehicle will drop you till the Mall road as per the Himachal Tourism policy).

Day 3 - Shimla,Manali

This morning, you will proceed on a breathtaking drive to Manali, nestled on the banks of the River Beas amidst the Kullu Valley. On arrival, check-in to your hotel.

The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this beautiful town.

Day 4 - Manali

Today, after breakfast, visit the four and a half century old Hadimba Devi Temple, dedicated to the demon goddess Hadimba (an incarnation of Kali) and the Tibetan Monastery which houses several images of Lord Buddha and Tankha paintings. Later, visit the Solang Valley, a splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund. This valley offers breathtaking views of glaciers and snowcapped mountains, peaks and lush greenery of the dense forest. Later, return to your hotel and relax.

Overnight in Manali (B, D)

Day 5 - Manali

The day is at leisure to explore this picturesque town. Or you can opt for Rohtang Pass (Closed on Tuesday's). Rohtang Pass offers magnificent views of the Himalayan mountain ranges. It was the medieval trading route to Lahaul and Spiti. If roads to Rohtang Pass are closed, then visit Snow Point where ponies / horses can be hired (On direct payment).

Note: (Only local vehicles are allowed for Rohtang Pass / Snow point visit).

Overnight in Manali (B, D)

Day 6 - Manali,Dharamshala

Today, your picturesque journey continues to Dharamshala, the principal township of Kangra district which overlooks the wide spread plains with pine and deodar forests. On arrival, check-in to your hotel.

Later, visit St. John's Church and Tibetan Market.

St. John's Church, a grey stone structure built in 1852. Brass plaques and superb Belgian stained-glass windows can be seen inside the church.

Overnight in Dharamshala (B, D)

Day 7 - Dharamshala,Dalhousie

In the morning, visit McLeod Ganj - the residence of His Holiness Dalai Lama.

Mcleodganj is the headquarters of the Tibetan Government in exile and abode of His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama. Perched almost 1,500 metres above sea level, this hilltop retreat is named after David Mcleod, the lieutenant governor of Punjab in 1848. It is a very popular learning center of Tibetan culture and the teachings of Buddhism. It is home to several monasteries, including the Namgyal monastery. Later, we proceed to Dalhousie. On arrival, check-in to the hotel.

In the afternoon, visit the Martyr's memorial at Panchpulla which commemorates Ajit Singh, a supporter of Subhash Chandra Bose and the Indian National Army during World War II.

En route visit Satdhara, acquiring its name from the seven gorgeous springs and said to contain mica and medicinal properties which are able to alleviate several ailments.

Overnight in Dalhousie (B, D)

Day 8 - Dalhousie

Today, proceed for an excursion to Khajjar Lake. The picturesque Khajjiar Lake is located 23 km from Dalhousie in Khajjiar, which is often labelled as the mini Switzerland of India. Fed by small streams, this lake rests in the centre of the large glade of Khajjiar, surrounded by evergreen cedars. It takes its name from Khajjinag, the deity in the temple nearby.

The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this beautiful town.

Overnight in Dalhousie (B, D)

Day 9 - Dalhousie

Today, bid farewell to your 'Scenic Himachal Ex Chandigarh' tour, as you are transferred to the airport / railway station in Jammu / Pathankot for your onward journey.
