Breakfast at the hotel. Today enjoy the Jerusalem City Tour. Start the day with a panoramic view of Jerusalem from atop the Mt. of Olives. On to the Garden of Gethsemane and Church of the Agony. Continue to the Israel Museum\'s Shrine of the Book with the famous Dead Sea scrolls, then a visit to the beautifully renovated model of the Herodian city of Jerusalem, dating back to the time of the Second Temple. Continue to Yad Vashem (the memorial to the six million Jews who were killed in the Holocaust). Afternoon drive to the picturesque village of Ein Karem (the birth place of John the Baptist). Return back to the hotel. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 3 - Jerusalem

Breakfast at the hotel. Today visit the Old City & Bethlehem. Enter through one of the Gates to the walled Old City to visit the renewed Jewish Quarter, the Western Wall, the Temple area and the colorful bazaars. Walk along the Via Dolorosa and the Stations of the Cross, ending at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Drive to Mt. Zion and visit the tomb of King David, the Room of the Last Supper and Dormition Abbey. In the afternoon continue to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and a view of the Shepherd\'s Fields.* Return to Jerusalem. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 4 - Jerusalem,Galilee

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave Jerusalem and drive north via Jericho, the oldest city in the world.* Travel through the Jordan Valley to Beit Shean. Visit the excavations of this beautifully preserved Roman City. Proceed to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation and the carpentry workshop of Joseph. On to Safed, city of the Kabala, for a walk through the mystic alleys and the artists\' colony. Continue to a Kibbutz hotel for overnight.

Day 5 - Galilee

Breakfast at the hotel. Today drive to the Golan Heights. Visit the former Syrian fortifications and the Druze villages Travel via Banias, source of the Jordan River to the shores of the Sea of Galilee and Capernaum. Visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue and Peter\'s house. Visit Tabgha, where the miracle of the fish and bread took place and on to the Mount of Beatitudes. Continue to Tiberias for a short tour of the old center of Jewish learning. Return to the Kibbutz hotel for overnight.

Day 6 - Galilee,Tel Aviv

Breakfast at the hotel. After Breakfast drive west to Acre for a visit of the old, famous Crusader stronghold and medieval fortifications. Continue to Haifa, for a sightseeing tour, including the Baha\'i Shrine, Persian Garden and Mount Carmel for a panoramic view of the city. Proceed southwards to Caesarea to visit the Roman Theater and the Crusader fortress. Continue to Tel Aviv-Jaffa for a short city tour and to your hotel for overnight.

Day 7 - Tel Aviv

Breakfast at the hotel. Today the day is free at leisure in Tel Aviv, or you can enjoy an optional tour to the Dead Sea on your own. Overnight in Tel Aviv.

Day 8 - Tel Aviv

Continue to visit Mount Hertzel cemetery and Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust . Drive through Mea Shearim, the ultra orthodox neighborhood in Jerusalem and learn about their unique lifestyle. Drive through the Judean desert to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, almost 1300 feet (400 meters) below sea level. Stop at Qumeran to visit the site where the Dead Sea scrolls were found. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Massada. Ascend by cablecar and tour the ancient fortress where the Zealots made their last stand against the Romans before committing mass suicide in 73 AD. Descend by cable car. Continue to the Dead Sea; Cover yourself with the mineral rich mud and experience a swim in the Dead Sea** that many believe has its therapeutic effects. Overnight in Tel-Aviv.

Proceed to Megiddo, identified as the site of Armageddon; visit the archaeological excavations including the well-preserved water supply system. Continue to Daliat-el-Carmel, a Druze village and enjoy a late lunch at a local restaurant. Proceed via Mount Carmel to Haifa for a panoramic view of the Haifa bay and the Golden domed Bahai shrine and gardens. Overnight in a Kibbutz guesthouse.

Day 1 - Jerusalem

Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, where you will be met by a Diesenhaus Unitours representative and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 2 - Jerusalem

Start the day with a magnificent panoramic view from Mount of Olives. Drive to the Old City; Visit the Tomb of King David and the Room of Last Supper on Mt. Zion. Enter the walled city and walk through the newly restored Jewish quarter. Visit the Roman Cardo, the Herodian quarter and continue to the Western Wall. Walk along the Via Dolorosa to the Church of Holy Sepulchre. Continue to Bethlehem*; view Rachel\'s Tomb and proceed to visit the Church of Nativity and Manger Square. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 3 - Jerusalem

Drive to the Israel Museum; visit the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea scrolls are housed, and the miniature model of Jerusalem as it was during the Second Temple period; Proceed for a tour at the Knesset, Israe's parliament. Continue to visit Mount Hertzel cemetery and Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust . Drive through Mea Shearim, the ultra orthodox neighborhood in Jerusalem and learn about their unique lifestyle. In the evening enjoy a middle eastern dinner followed by a spectacular "Sound & Light" show** at the Tower of David Museum. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 4 - Jerusalem,Tel Aviv

Drive through the Judean desert to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, almost 1300 feet (400 meters) below sea level. Stop at Qumeran to visit the site where the Dead Sea scrolls were found. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Massada. Ascend by cablecar and tour the ancient fortress where the Zealots made their last stand against the Romans before committing mass suicide in 73 AD. Descend by cable car. Continue to the Dead Sea; Cover yourself with the mineral rich mud and experience a swim in the Dead Sea** that many believe has its therapeutic effects. Overnight in Tel-Aviv.

Drive along the coastal plain to Caesarea, once the Roman capital of the region; See the excavations of the Crusaders\' city and the Roman port, aqueduct and the amphitheater that has been restored to its former glory as a concert venue. Proceed to Megiddo, identified as the site of Armageddon; visit the archaeological excavations including the well-preserved water supply system. Continue to Daliat-el-Carmel, a Druze village and enjoy a late lunch at a local restaurant. Proceed via Mount Carmel to Haifa for a panoramic view of the Haifa bay and the Golden domed Bahai shrine and gardens. Overnight in a Kibbutz guesthouse.

Day 7 - Galilee

Drive to Safed, the center of Jewish mysticism, where you will visit the ancient synagogues and the artist colony. Continue to the Golan Heights to see the former Syrian bunkers, Kuneitra and the new Israeli town of Katzrin. Stop at the Golan Winery for a tour and wine tasting; Proceed to \"Golan Magic\", for a multimedia presentation of the area and its history . Overnight in a Kibbutz guesthouse.

Day 8 - Galilee,Tel Aviv

Start the day with a visit to Nazareth; Visit the Church of Annunciation; Continue to Tiberias; Visit Capernaum to see the ruins of the synagogue and octagonal Church of St. Peter; Visit Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Drive via Beit Shean to Beit Alpha to see the remains of the mosaic floor of an ancient synagogue depicting the zodiac. Overnight in Tel Aviv.

Day 9 - Tel Aviv

After breakfast, transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for departure.

Leave Tel Aviv - via Ashdod, Ashkelon to Beersheba for a short visit to the Negev capital. Continue via Arad to Masada. Ascend by cable car to the fortress, which was the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots in their war against the Romans. Visit the excavations, Herod's palaces, the synagogue, bathhouse, etc. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Roman camps and the Dead Sea. Day 3 - Jerusalem

Drive to Mt. Scopus for a panoramic view of Jerusalem. On to the Garden of Gethsemane and Church of the Agony. Continue to Israel Museum's Shrine of the Book with the famous Dead Sea scrolls, then a visit to the beautifully renovated Model of the Herodian city of Jerusalem, dating back to the time of the Second Temple. Continue to Yad Vashem (the memorial to the six million Jews who were killed in the Holocaust). Afternoon visit to Ein Karem (the birth place of John the Baptist). Return to Hotel.

Day 4 - Jerusalem

Walk through one of the Gates to the walled Old City: the renewed Jewish Quarter; the Western Wall, the Temple area; the colorful bazaars; Via Dolorosa and the stations of the cross, ending at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Drive to Mt. Zion and visit the tomb of King David, the Room of the Last Supper and Dormition Abbey. In the afternoon continue to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and return to Jerusalem.

Leave Jerusalem and drive north via Jericho, the oldest city in the world, through the Jordan Valley and the new settlements to Beit Shean. Visit the excavations of this beautifully preserved Roman City. Proceed to Tiberias, the old center of Jewish learning. Drive along the shores of the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum, to visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue. Continue to a Kibbutz hotel for overnight.

Day 6 - Galilee

Drive to the Golan Heights. Visit the former Syrian fortifications and the Druze villages Via Banias, source of the Jordan River. Proceed via the Hula Valley to Safed, city of the Kabala, to visit a synagogue and the artists colony and then to Nazareth to visit the Christian Holy Sites. Return to the Kibbutz hotel for overnight.

Day 7 - Galilee,Tel Aviv

After Breakfast drive west to Acre for a visit of the old, famous Crusader stronghold and medieval fortifications. Continue to Haifa, for a panoramic sightseeing tour of the city, including the Bahai Shrine, Persian Garden, Mount Carmel and Haifa bay. Proceed along the coast to Caesarea to visit the Roman Theater and the Crusader fortress. End the day with a short city tour of Tel Aviv-Jaffa and overnight.

Day 8 - Tel Aviv,Amman

Drive from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem to the border crossing for procedures to enter Jordan. Proceed to Jerash - city of the Decapolis, located about 45km north of Amman in the fertile heights of the Gilad. Visit the ancient Roman city with colonnaded streets, the baths and the hill of the top Temple. Then drive to Amman for a city tour of the Jordanian Capital. Overnight in Amman

Day 9 - Amman,Petra

After early breakfast, leave the hotel and travel south on the road to Wadi Musa.
Ride on horseback to the "Siq" (canyon) and then on foot to Petra known as "Sela Edom" or red rock city, the ancient capital of the Nabateans from 3rd century B.C. to 2nd Century A.D. Visit the most interesting monuments, such as the Treasury, El Khazneh, the field of tombs, obelisks and the altar, (Al Madhbah) - from this point you can view the whole of the rock city. Then back to Wadi Musa village. Overnight in Petra

Day 10 - Petra,Tel Aviv

Drive to Madaba to see the ancient mosaic map of the Holyland and ruins of historical sites.
Continue about 10 kms. to Mount Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land.
From there you will see the Jordan Valley, Jericho and the Dead Sea, etc. Visit the remains of a Byzantine church with a mosaic floor, and then drive to the border and to Tel Aviv.

Visit the excavations of this beautifully preserved Roman City. Proceed to Tiberias, the old center of Jewish learning. Drive along the shores of the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum, to visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue. Continue to a Kibbutz hotel for overnight.

Day 6 - Galilee

Drive to the Golan Heights. Visit the former Syrian fortifications and the Druze villages Via Banias, source of the Jordan River. Proceed via the Hula Valley to Safed, city of the Kabala, to visit a synagogue and the artists colony and then to Nazareth to visit the Christian Holy Sites. Return to the Kibbutz hotel for overnight.

Day 7 - Galilee,Tel Aviv

After Breakfast drive west to Acre for a visit of the old, famous Crusader stronghold and medieval fortifications. Continue to Haifa, for a panoramic sightseeing tour of the city, including the Bahai Shrine, Persian Garden, Mount Carmel and Haifa bay. Proceed along the coast to Caesarea to visit the Roman Theater and the Crusader fortress. End the day with a short city tour of Tel Aviv-Jaffa and overnight.

Day 8 - Tel Aviv,Amman

Drive from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem to the border crossing for procedures to enter Jordan. Proceed to Jerash - city of the Decapolis, located about 45km north of Amman in the fertile heights of the Gilad. Visit the ancient Roman city with colonnaded streets, the baths and the hill of the top Temple. Then drive to Amman for a city tour of the Jordanian Capital. Overnight in Amman

Day 9 - Amman,Petra

After early breakfast, leave the hotel and travel south on the road to Wadi Musa.
Ride on horseback to the "Siq" (canyon) and then on foot to Petra known as "Sela Edom" or red rock city, the ancient capital of the Nabateans from 3rd century B.C. to 2nd Century A.D. Visit the most interesting monuments, such as the Treasury, El Khazneh, the field of tombs, obelisks and the altar, (Al Madhbah) - from this point you can view the whole of the rock city. Then back to Wadi Musa village. Overnight in Petra

Day 10 - Petra,Tel Aviv

Drive to Madaba to see the ancient mosaic map of the Holyland and ruins of historical sites.
Continue about 10 kms. to Mount Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land.
From there you will see the Jordan Valley, Jericho and the Dead Sea, etc. Visit the remains of a Byzantine church with a mosaic floor, and then drive to the border and to Tel Aviv.
Overnight in Tel Aviv

Day 11 - Tel Aviv

Departure transfer from your hotel to Ben Gurion Airport.
