Day 2 - Istanbul

Today enjoy Half-Day morning sightseeing tour of Istanbul city.
Visits to St.Sophia (closed on Mondays), Byzantine Hippodrome, in which stand the obelisk brought from Egypt by Theodosius and the Serpent Column taken from Delphi by Constantine. Blue Mosque, which has six minarets and a middle dome of 109 feet and Grand Covered Bazaar (closed on Sundays) dating back to 15th century. It covers over 4,000 shops under one roof. Afternoon free at leisure. If desired we can leave the clients at Bazaar, and they can return to their hotels by their own. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3 - Cappadocia

This morning transfer to Istanbul (Ataturk) Airport for morning flight to Kayseri. (Note: Your arrival flight should arrive into Kayseri by 0900am). Upon arrival meet with assistant and drive to Cappadocia. Upon arrival at Kayseri Airport meet with assistant and drive to Cappadocia. Arrival visit to Red Valley which is one of the most beautiful trekking valleys in Cappadocia. Explore the famous rock-cut churches and hiking for 5km through the valley. After hiking, resting in Old Cavusin Village where one of old Greek Villages in Cappadocia is. The village is known with its houses and churches of the Christian clergymen. After lunch at local restaurant visit to Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors. Finally visit to Pigeon Valley. Dinner and Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 4 - Cappadocia

Morning visits to Dervent Valley which has various types of fairy chimneys. Pasabaglari (Monk\'s Valley) with some other types of fairy chimneys. Avanos Region, known with its pottery, a craft dating back to Hittite period. After lunch at local restaurant visits to Goreme Open-Air Museum, which is full of pink, rose and white tapering columns. These tall free standing cones of stone curve and twist as if pulled from earth like taffy. Others are tall like fairy chimneys. The caves were settled in the 4th century as monasteries. Visit some caves on the cliffs to see Byzantine frescoes decorating early Christian churches. Stop at Citadel of Uchisar and Esentepe for beautiful view of Cappadocia. You will also have chance to take photo in these places. Dinner and Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 5 - Antalya

Day free till departure. Hotel check-out latest at 12:00hrs. Transfer to Kayseri Erciyes Airport (departure from Kayseri Erciyes Apt anytime between 07:30am-22:00hrs only) to take a domestic flight to Antalya via Istanbul.

Upon arrival at Antalya Airport meet with our assistant and transfer to hotel (early check-in subject to availability). Rest of the day free at leisure. Lunch excluded. Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Antalya.

Day 6 - Antalya

Morning visit to Perge Ancient City, the place where most of the statues that are on display in Antalya Museum were unearthed. Then, proceed to Aspendos Antique Theatre that bears one of the best preserved Roman theatres in Anatolia. Lunch at local restaurant during the tour. Afternoon free to enjoy the city on your own. Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Antalya.

Welcome to your 'Turkish Getaway - Winter 2017' tour!

Your representative will greet you at the 'meeting point' at the exit. After immigration and customs, transfer comfortably to your hotel (check-in after 1400 hrs).

Thereafter, embark on the Bosphorus Cruise, with opportunities to photograph the shoreline with its landmarks - Dolmabahce and Beylerbeyi palaces, Ortakoy Mosque, the defensive Rumeli Fortress, and the Bosphorus Bridge.

Day 2 - Istanbul

After breakfast, proceed to visit the last great Imperial Blue Mosque. Leaving the mosque, continue to the Roman Hippodrome, an open-air stadium built by Roman Emperors in 203 AD. The Obelisk of Theodosius, Serpentine Column, Constantine Column and German Fountain of Wilhelm II are the monuments decorating the Hippodrome.

Finally, shop at the Grand Bazaar, the biggest "souk" with nearly 4000 shops, selling antiques, jewellery, gold, carpets, leatherware and souvenirs.

Day 3 - Istanbul

Today, after breakfast, proceed to Princes' Islands - once the pleasure islands of Byzantine Princes and now a popular city get-away with sandy beaches, lush pinewoods, and beautiful old wooden Ottoman homes. The tour includes a visit to Buyukada, the largest of the three main islands and a popular summer resort with beautifully decorated old wooden houses, pine trees and wonderful panoramic views. Take a relaxing tour through the quiet narrow streets of the island by horse-drawn carriage.

There will be time for you to relax or explore Princes' Islands at your leisure.

Day 4 - Istanbul

Day 1 - Istanbul

On arrival in Istanbul (Ataturk Airport), you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
In the afternoon enjoy Bosphorus Cruise. Visits to City Walls, Golden Horn and cable car to Pierre Loti Hill. Then, Bosphorus Cruise along the Bosphorus, the winding strait separating Europe & Asia. Bosphorus coastline is a delightful mixture of the past and the present where one can enjoy the grand splendour and quaint beauty of the ancient wooden mansions, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages. Rumeli Fortress (from the boat, no interior visit) and Leander's Tower (from the boat, no interior visit). Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2 - Istanbul

Today enjoy Half-Day morning sightseeing tour of Istanbul city.

Visits to St.Sophia (closed on Mondays), Byzantine Hippodrome, in which stand the obelisk brought from Egypt by Theodosius and the Serpent Column taken from Delphi by Constantine. Blue Mosque, which has six minarets and a middle dome of 109 feet and Grand Covered Bazaar (closed on Sundays) dating back to 15th century. It covers over 4,000 shops under one roof. Afternoon free at leisure. If desired we can leave the clients at Bazaar, and they can return to their hotels by their own. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3 - Cappadocia

This morning transfer to Istanbul (Ataturk) Airport for morning flight to Kayseri. (Note: arrival to Kayseri Erciyes Apt anytime between 07:30hrs - 22:00hrs only). Upon arrival at Kayseri Airport, meet and greet with our assistant and transfer to hotel in Cappadocia (early check-in subject to availability). Rest of the day free at leisure. Lunch excluded. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Cappadocia.

Day 4 - Cappadocia

This morning enjoy city sights of Cappadocia.
After having breakfast in the hotel visit to the Pigeon Valley near Uchisar; then proceed to the Open Air Museum in Goreme through Avcilar Valley and visit to the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes depicting various scenes from the Bible. Lunch in a restaurant and then visit to Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors. Pasabagi in Zelve region and Avanos with shopping facilities for the world-wide famous handicrafts. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 5 - Pamukkale

Travel to Konya. Morning drive to Konya. En route visit 13th century Sultanhani Caravanserai built on the famous silk route. In Konya visit to Mausoleum of Mevlana, the worldwide famous mystic and Karatay Theological School with its beautiful tiles. Continue to Pamukkale. Dinner and overnight in Pamukkale.

Day 6 - Kusadasi

In the morning visits to Pamukkale Cotton Fortress, ancient city of Hierapolis with the Theatre, Apollo Temple and magnificent Necropolis, the graveyard. After lunch at local restaurant drive to Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 7 - Kusadasi

Morning tour to Ephesus Antique City (Hillside Houses are excluded). Ephesus, Roman capital of Asia Minor. Visit the ruins of Odeon, Hercules Gate, the temple of Hadrian, the magnificent library, Agora and the fantastic Greco-Roman theatre. After lunch visit to House of Virgin Mary and transfer back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 8 - Kusadasi

Morning is free. Check out of the hotel by 1200hrs. Transfer to Izmir Airport to take a domestic flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul Ataturk Apt directly taking international flight back to India. Lunch and dinner excluded.

Day 1 - Istanbul

On arrival in Istanbul (Ataturk Airport), you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
