Here the unfolding layers of limestone form terraces on the slopes of the hills - a limestone desert but with a quick-changing landscape. Later, drive to one of Ireland's most magnificent sights, the Cliffs of Moher, standing 702 feet at their highest point and stretching for 8 kms along the Atlantic coast of County Clare in the west of Ireland. Enjoy fantastic views from the O'Brien's Tower served as a viewing point for visitors for hundreds of years. Later, travel back to Galway.
