This morning, enjoy a visit to Kempty Falls and Gun Hill Point.

Kempty Falls is a popular and picturesque waterfall. It is the largest of the five cascades in the valley that plummets 4,500 ft. from the mountains to flow down into the plains. Owing to its panoramic surroundings, a British officer known as John Mekinan developed this spot as a tourist destination in 1835. The site offers swimming and fishing activities as well.

Later, visit the second highest peak of Mussoorie, Gun Hill which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks of Bunderpunch, Srikantha, Pithwara, Gangotri (source of the Ganges River) and a bird\'s eye view of Mussoorie town and Doon Valley. Situated at an altitude of 400 ft. above the Mall, it houses the water reservoir of the hill station.

The rest of day is at leisure or one can enjoy a cable car ride from Mall road to the Gun Hill point on direct payment basis.

Day 4 - Haridwar

This morning, drive to Haridwar en route visit the Triveni Ghat and Laxman Jhula at Rishikesh.

The Triveni Ghat, located in the heart of town, is the site of the confluence of three holy rivers namely Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. It is one of the most famous bathing ghats, where most pilgrims take a holy dip and offer prayers before visiting the various temples.

The Laxman Jhula which is built over the holy river Ganges is one of the most prominent landmarks of Rishikesh. It is named after Lakshman, the younger brother of Lord Ram, who as per legend used this bridge to cross the Ganga.

Then, continue your journey towards Haridwar which is less than an hour away from Rishikesh. On arrival, check -in to your hotel.

In the evening, participate in the \'Traditional Ganga Aarti\' at Har-Ki-Pauri. Thousands of devotees gather here and worship the holy river by offering countless flickering lamps and flower garlands.

The Sattal (seven lakes) is a unique spot with an interconnected cluster of seven freshwater lakes, set amidst dense oak and pine woods. The area is a bird watchers paradise as it provides a habitat to more than 500 species of migratory and resident birds.

One of the chief tourist attractions in Bhimtal, the enormous Bhimtal Lake is the largest lake in the Nainital district. The lake has a small island in its centre with an aquarium, which can only be accessed by boat. The area attracts many Himalayan birds and offers excellent boating facilities, both paddle and row as well as fishing.

Naukuchiatal, is a lake with nine corners, rich in birdlife. It is located within the confines of an enchanting valley, offering an opportunity for angling, boating, fishing and bird watching.

Hanuman Garhi is a famous temple dedicated to the mighty Lord Hanuman, perched at a height of 6,401 ft., about 3.5 km from Nainital. Baba Neem Karoli, a local saint built the temple in 1950. This scenic spot offers a majestic view of the sunrise and sunset.

This morning, drive to the Mussoorie, also called as the \'Queen of Hills\'.It is spread along a horseshoe-shaped ridge overlooking the Doon Valley. On arrival, check- in to your hotel.

Day 7 - Mussoorie

This morning, enjoy a visit to Kempty Falls and Gun Hill Point.

The 40-foot Kempty Falls is a popular and picturesque waterfall. It is the largest of the five cascades in the valley that plummets 4,500 ft. from the mountains to flow down into the plains. Owing to its panoramic surroundings, a British officer known as John Mekinan developed this spot as a tourist destination in 1835. The site offers swimming and fishing activities as well.

Later, visit the second highest peak of Mussoorie, Gun Hill which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks of Bunder punch, Srikantha, Pithwara, Gangotri (source of the Ganges River) and a bird\'s eye view of Mussoorie town and Doon Valley. Situated at an altitude of 400 ft. above the Mall, it houses the water reservoir of the hill station.

The rest of day is at leisure or one can enjoy a cable car ride from Mall road to the Gun Hill point on direct payment basis.

Day 8 - Mussoorie

Today, bid farewell to your 'Splendours of Uttarakhand' tour, as you are transferred to the airport / railway station in Delhi for your onward journey.
